This Empty Spilling Room

This Empty Spilling Room is a piece about grief. It explores the different ways loss is experienced and expressed. The vehicle for this research resembles a family unit, using speech and movement; we watch these 7 characters grapple with loss in a deconstructed living room.

Bedroom Studies

Bedroom Studies is a solo that explores the intimacy of a childhood bedroom between the hours of 12am-4am. The hours I was allowed to be alone while growing up, when I could feel, process, and be anything or anyone I wanted to be. The work uses highly physical movement and pedestrian gestures to explore the different emotional words that are created in this room and provide a window into a part of our lives we all keep to ourselves. This work allows the performer and the audience to explore fantasy in an empty room, filled only by the performer and how they shape the space, and the audience and what they can imagine.

2Seconds

2Seconds is currently a 16-minute work that has been shown once informally for feedback at GreenSpace in June 2026. This piece is currently in development to become an evening-length work. The questions being asked in this process are: why do we stay in relationships that no longer serve us? What does support mean? What does care mean? What do these actions look like? What conflict is beneficial to a relationship, and how do we determine when conflict is actually a sign of dysfunction? If intimacy is in repair, how do we distinguish what is intimacy and what is harm? How can we process all of these questions and dynamics in movement, and how do we show up in these difficult conversations with speech?
